MISSION
I am passionate about helping you know
you are NOT alone.
Space 2 Connect is about supporting individuals and reconnecting and educating families and communities, to not only survive but thrive. I specialise in providing education and counselling to schools and families caring for children who are on the autism spectrum, gender diverse or experiencing challenging behaviours. I also provide support to individuals who struggling with mental health and/or who are gender curious or need an ally on their side. My aim is to provide an opportunity to speak your truth and be heard in a safe space.
As a Psychosocial Recovery Coach, my role is to provide both practical and emotional support to help increase your independence, encourage social connection, and strengthen your sense of choice and control. Guided by you, we will identify personal goals and work together to develop achievable strategies to support your progress. I take the time to get to know you and your support network so I can better understand your needs, values, and the direction you want to take in your life. Together, we will connect with the right services and supports, and I will walk alongside you as a consistent and supportive presence on your recovery journey.
I believe the power of healing is through connection so I offer you a space,
where your story matters, where YOU matter!
My Approach
I support individuals and families both in-person across the Northern Rivers and Southern Gold Coast region, and Australia-wide via Telehealth.
Sessions are available at my Murwillumbah office, in-home, online, or as walk-and-talk appointments, depending on your needs and preferences.
My approach is non-judgemental and relational, grounded in exploring what’s present in the here and now within a safe, nurturing environment. I aim to create a space where individuals and families feel seen, supported, and understood.
I work with the belief that supporting one person impacts the wellbeing of the entire family network, including collaboration with external supports where helpful. Education, emotional insight, and practical strategies are all part of the process as we work together to promote sustainable wellbeing.
